Mercy Protocol privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026 · applies to AFTERCELL: Mercy Protocol, including test builds

Who we are. "Bulldozer Studios", "we" and "us" mean Pratik Abichandani, an independent developer trading as Bulldozer Studios. Bulldozer Studios is not an incorporated company; Pratik Abichandani is the data controller. Contact: support@bulldozerstudios.com.

The short version: the game collects nothing

Mercy Protocol plays fully offline. It has no account, no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and it sends no data to us or to anyone else.

On your device

Your campaign saves and settings are stored on your device. Crash information (your last five errors) also stays on the device. It is shared only if you choose to copy a report and send it to us, for example through the support form. Uninstalling the game deletes everything.

Purchases

When the full-game unlock becomes available, Apple or Google will handle the payment under their own terms, and we will never see your payment details. If we use a purchase-validation service, we will list it here before release.

Permissions

The game requests no special device permissions.

Future features

Optional cloud saves or opt-in anonymous gameplay analytics may be added later. They would be off unless you turn them on, and we will update this policy and the store privacy labels before either ships.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To use these rights, email support@bulldozerstudios.com or use the data request form. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our games and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date, and update the App Store and Google Play disclosures before the change takes effect.
