Terms of use & EULA

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pratik Abichandani, an independent developer trading as Bulldozer Studios ("we", "us"). They cover our games (Deadzone Run: Extraction, AFTERCELL: Mercy Protocol, Quicksilt and future titles) and this website.

1. Licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you got a game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple's EULA wins for the licence itself. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

2. What you agree not to do

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the games, except where the law allows it.
  • Cheat, exploit bugs or use automation to gain an advantage on leaderboards or in online events, or interfere with our servers.
  • Use offensive, impersonating or unlawful display names.
  • Harass other players, deliberately throw or grief matches, abuse the report system, or trade or sell accounts and in-game items for real money.

We may remove scores or names, or suspend online features for players who break these rules.

3. Virtual items, currency and energy

In-game currency (such as Gold and Credits), energy (such as flares) and items are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property. Prices are shown in the store before you buy, and items are delivered once the store confirms the payment. Where a game sells random items, the odds are shown before you buy.

3a. Ads

Some games are supported by ads. Rewarded ads are optional, and their reward is granted once the ad completes. Ads are provided by third parties; we aren't responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

Apple or Google processes every purchase under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; benefits continue to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play refunds). If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, buying digital content that is delivered immediately means you agree to immediate delivery and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.

5. Online features and changes

Online features (multiplayer, leaderboards, events and cloud saves) are offered as they are and may change, pause or end. If we end a game's online service, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game or on this site, and offline play will keep working. We update our games to fix bugs and add content, and an update may change gameplay or balance.

6. Your content and feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without owing you anything. Display names you choose may appear publicly on leaderboards.

7. Intellectual property

The games, their characters, art, music, code and the Bulldozer Studios name and logo belong to Pratik Abichandani or our licensors. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos, including monetized videos, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you. Press materials are on the press page.

8. Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, the games and website are provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 3, 7 and 8 continue after these terms end.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Pratik Abichandani is resident, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@bulldozerstudios.com.

11. Apple-specific terms

For apps obtained from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If an app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual-property claims or legal-compliance claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. This website

Use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or send spam through its forms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control them.
