1. What ASEAN Radar is

ASEAN Radar provides sourcing and market intelligence about pharmaceutical manufacturers and the Philippine market, built from public regulatory registers, the Philippine FDA registry, licensed trade data and public procurement notices.

It is decision support, not advice. Answers are not formal vendor qualification, an audit, or legal, regulatory or medical advice. Verify anything you rely on with the manufacturer and the relevant regulator before you act on it. Each answer states its sources, its data date and what it could not verify.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Credits and purchases

• Answers are bought with credits. One credit buys one euro of answers at list price; each answer's price is shown before you pay.
• You are never charged for a question we cannot answer. If our data cannot support an answer, the question is refused before any credits are taken.
• Credits you buy do not expire. Credits that come with the Professional plan are for that period and are spent first; unused plan credits end with the period.
• Credit packs and the Professional plan are sold through the Apple App Store (or Google Play, if an Android version is released) and are governed by the store's terms, including refunds. The Professional plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your store account settings. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

3a. Refunds and problems with an answer

• An answer that comes back with no results is refunded automatically in credits when you report it.
• If an answer is about the wrong company or product, is missing data it should have, or its analyst check is late, report it from the answer (Report a problem with this answer). A person reads every report and replies within two business days; where the answer let you down, its credits are returned. Refunded credits do not expire.
• Money paid to the App Store is refunded by Apple under its policies; we cannot refund it ourselves. If the store refunds a purchase, the credits it added are removed from your balance as far as they have not been spent.
• Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute or bulk-extract the answers or data, scrape the service, use it to train competing models, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law. Answers are licensed to you for your own internal business use.

5. Data and availability

Our sources change, and coverage differs by source and by country; the app says where coverage is partial. A missing record is not evidence that something does not exist. We work to keep data accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach them. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

8. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability, consumer-protection, legal-compliance or intellectual-property claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Pratik Abichandani is resident, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@bulldozerstudios.com.
