Privacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026 · applies to the Pharma Radar app and its service
Controller: Pratik Abichandani, an independent developer trading as Bulldozer Studios (not an incorporated company). Contact: support@bulldozerstudios.com
Pharma Radar is sourcing and market intelligence for pharmaceutical buyers in the Philippines. This policy explains what personal data the app uses, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the app only; our games and website have their own policies.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | To sign you in with a one-time code or a password, and to contact you about your account | You, when you sign in |
| An account identifier | To keep your workspace, credits and answers together | Created when you first sign in |
| The questions you ask, the answers you buy, your shortlists and notes, the suppliers you watch and your notification setting | To deliver the answers and features you use | You, as you use the app |
| Purchase records: the store's transaction identifier, the product, and the price and currency the store reports | To credit what you bought exactly once, to support refunds, and for accounting | The Apple App Store (and Google Play, if an Android version is released), after you buy |
| Your credit balance and its history | So every credit added or spent has a record | Created by the service |
| Problems you report and our replies | To fix the problem and refund credits where an answer let you down | You, when you report a problem |
Like any online service, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request times) for security and reliability, for a limited period.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, device identifiers for advertising, or your activity in other apps. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking, and we do not sell or share personal data.
Legal bases
We use your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep records the law requires (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure and fix problems you report (legitimate interests).
The data the app shows you
The app shows information about companies: pharmaceutical manufacturers and their sites, their regulatory credentials, Philippine product registrations, aggregated import statistics and public tenders, drawn from public regulatory registers, the Philippine FDA registry, licensed trade data and public procurement notices. It does not show the personal contact details of people who work at those companies.
If you work at a company that appears in the app and believe we hold personal data about you, write to support@bulldozerstudios.com. We do not display or export named individuals' contact details, and we will tell you what we hold and correct or delete it where the law requires.
Who processes your data
- Supabase hosts our database, authentication and server functions, in the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. If you are outside Australia, your data is transferred there under Supabase's contractual safeguards.
- Apple (and Google, if an Android version is released) processes payments. We never see your card details. We ask the store to confirm each purchase before crediting it.
- Sign-in codes are emailed through Supabase's email service.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace: your questions, answers, orders, shortlists, watched suppliers, credit history and the problems you reported. We keep the store's record of each payment, with the link to your account removed, for as long as tax and accounting law requires and so that refunds and disputes can still be handled.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account and data. This is immediate and cannot be undone. Subscriptions must also be cancelled in your App Store settings.
- Access, correct or export your data, object to how we use it, or ask a question about this policy, by writing to support@bulldozerstudios.com. We reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 or the GDPR. You can complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission or your local data-protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each customer's data is separated in the database by access rules, so one account cannot read another's.
Children
Pharma Radar is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
