Your progress is saved on your device, in the game's private storage. Reinstalling the game or using "Reset save" in the safehouse erases it (cloud backup arrives with online play). If the game crashed mid-raid, open it again: the raid is saved every 30 seconds and whenever the app goes to the background, and the title screen offers "Resume mission".

Open Shop › Wallet and tap "Restore purchases". If the app closed between payment and delivery, the store finishes the purchase the next time you launch the game. Still missing after a restart? Send us the purchase date and the order or transaction ID from your store receipt using the form below.

Apple and Google manage subscriptions, not the game. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Your benefits last until the end of the period you paid for.

Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.

Starting a raid costs one flare. You can bank up to ten, and one comes back every 15 minutes. The daily run and the tutorial never cost a flare, and you can top up with a Flare pack or Gold.

Co-op raids and PvPvE zones are coming in online updates after launch. Leaderboards and server events are available whenever you're online.

Not in this version. If ads are added in an update, the privacy policy, the store privacy labels and this page will be updated before it ships.

Online leaderboards are not live yet. When they are, you will be able to report a player in the game; until then, send us the details with the form below. Cheating gets scores removed and online play suspended.

Every crate card in Shop › Crates shows its odds. Field: Common 55%, Uncommon 28%, Rare 12%, Epic 4.5%, Legendary 0.5%, with a Legendary guaranteed within 20 crates. Paid crates are not offered in Belgium; the free daily crate is.

Cloud sync and transfer codes arrive with online play. Until then your progress stays on the phone you play on. The Survivor Club and the Starter pack can be restored on a new phone from Shop › Wallet › Restore purchases.

Settings › Graphics › Battery saver turns off film grain, rain and high-resolution rendering, and Frame rate › 30 fps keeps long sessions steady. The game turns battery saver on by itself when the frame rate drops.

The price hasn't been announced yet. Whatever it is, there will be no ads, no energy, no gacha and no data collection.

No. The game is designed to play fully offline and saves on your device.

A separate app, Outbreak Control Kids, for younger players. It is the same game with gentler art and wording, only optional reward ads (never personalised), and a parental gate in front of purchases, links and settings that matter.

A mission costs 4 energy. You bank up to 30 and get 1 back every 4 minutes. An optional reward ad gives +8 energy, up to 5 times a day.

No. Everything, including leaderboards, is offline and saved on your device.
